HEAVY DAMAGES AWARDED
New Plymouth, November 6. A jury to-day awarded the full amount claimed, £2500, _in favour of Margaret Laura Carlyon against David- Vincent Roguski for damages for the death of her husband as a result hf a motor collision. Stanley Carlyon’s motor-cycle strudki the rear of Roguski’s lorry, which was parked, .unlighted and nosed in to the kerb.
