TO SWIM COOK STRAIT
NEW! ZEALANDER’S AMBITION
Malcolm Cf. Connor, a youthful New Zealander, who has spent the past few years in England, returned this week, bringing with, him a handsome trophy which ho won in the Southsea-Isle of Wight swimming race last year. Before leaving New Zealand, Connor competed in the Kellerman Cup distance swim at Lake Kanieri and at Wanganui, securing third place in the latter race.
It is Connor’s intention to attempt to swim Coolie Strait.
