£14,000 SWEEPSTAKE MONEY COMES TO NEW ZEALAND.

Auckland, October 3. The third prize, sixth and ninth prizes, to a, total value of £14,000, in a consultation drawn at Hobart, Tasmania, under Government supervision, were won by New Zealanders, according to alvice received in Auckland.

The first prize of £12,000 was won by ticket number 160,475, care of J.D., Wairoa; the third prize of £1250 was won by “Interest Syndicate,” care of Mrs M. 8., Sherbourne St., St. Albans, Christchurch, with ticket number 27631; ail Auckland group, “Patience Wins Syndicate,” care of J. G. May, 57 Cromwell Road. Mount- Eden, won the sixth prize of £SOO with ticket number 171803; and the ticket which won the ninth prize of £250, number 180881, is held by the “Three Stiffies Syndicate,” care ofMrs W. R., Adelaide Road, South Wellington.
