The novice class for roses added to the Society’s schedule should give small rose growers a chance. Very often you have one or two good blooms and no class for them. •Class Ifi to 22 gives the small

grower a chance. It has been decided that no entrance fee shall be charged in any of the children’s sections. The Society wish to encourage the children.

The Committee would lie greatly indebted to local exhibitors if they will have their exhibits in the hands of the class stewards as early as possible —not later than 11 o’clock.
