HERRINGTON GOLF CLUB.
A committee meeting of the Herrington Golf Club was held on Thursday evening, presided over by Mr. F. A. Mason (president). It was decided to open the 'Club’s lisks on March 28th. It was also decided to put down a links of nine new holes and to obtain the advice of a professional in connection witli laying same out. Mr. Galloway, of Palmerston North, will visit Fox ton in this connection on Monday. The annual meeting of the Club will be held on the 19th inst.
