They are subject to 48 hours delay. Rates: —Minimum of 13/6 for 20 words and 8d per word thereafter for the United Kingdom; Canada 10/2 for 20 words and 6d per word thereafter. Week-end messages, via Pacific, for United Kingdom, 11/10, minimum for 20 words and 7d per word iu excess; Canada, minimum of 8/11 for 20 words and 5Jd per word in excess.
