MOUTOA TELEPHONE EX-
TENSION.
Tlic local Cliamber of Commerce has convened a meeting of Moutoa and district residents, to be held in the Moutoa Hall at 8 o’clock on Monday night, when the settlers will be addressed by the local Postmaster (Mr. J. Newton), and Chamber representatives on the benefits to be derived from having their residences connected with the local telephone exchange. Mr. Newton has prepared figures and will be aide to give the cost- of the connection to any settler in the Moutoa and Marotiri districts at the meeting.
