llKin COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioners cable, dated 11th February, reads as follows : ' , The Manila market stronger during this week, and good business has been done at higher prices. J grade, shipments to lie in January or February, or March, and in I‘ebruary or March, or April, opened at £74 iOs, and at the close of the market sold at £7B to £7O. The New Zealand .market is (inn, I>u( Tittle doing. High points, shipments to hi' in January or February, or March, sold at £59, and the closing quotations were: On spot high points £6l, fair £5.9; shipments to be in January or .February, or March, £59 and £56, respectively.
