BAKER’fS CIRCLE—TC-MUKKUVV EIGHT. Bakers Circus will appear in I‘oxton i‘or one night only tn-uuir-row (race night). The circus inis ’ recently heen re-organised, and a number oh artists specially engaged from Australia, and now appears with no less than 30 artists, all of whom are well worth seeing. The management has specially engaged the Maekie Sisters, who have recently been louring Australia, and their (urn alone is said to he well worth the price of admission, Other turns include Miss Barbarino. in her marvellous Jlexiblc contortion act, Count Macdonald, Scotch comedian and novelty dancer, who came from England under engagement to the Harry Rickard Coy., Sloper. the Chinese performer, Ruby Maeultiiig, serio and Eastern dancer. Willie Baker, the comedy kid, Violet Erellis, suubretle and national dancer, Baker Sisters, wire ‘walkers, ■lorry, the Irish clown, and J)ahw|S'l Sisters, Ereneji acrobats. 7«e company have a champion hack- 4 jumper, in connection with which JCI | will he given to any person able to slay on his back for a period of 30 seconds. Popular prices of admission will be charged. 'The local Borough Band will be in attendance.
