Capetown ..February i. Dr Jameson has resjgned the PreW miership. Mr J. X. Merriman is now forming a Ministry. < [Dr Jameson has been Premier since 1904. The Hon. John Xavier. Merriman has been connected with Cape politics since and has held office in several Ministries. He is a surveyor by profession, and interested in farming.
