School Concert.

To-morrow night the event of the season, so far as those interested in the State school are concerned, takes place. We understand that Mrs W. S. Stewart and Miss O'Brien have been unremitting in their efforts to secure both a pretty and interesting exhibition of careful training, and that the children engaged in the entertainment have shown much pleasure in the parts allotted to them. This is as it should be, as we all have our childrens' progress at heart. The receipts will go to the school fund, which always needs fresh supplies of capital, so it is hoped a large audience will view the raising of the curtain.

So far the tickets have been selFng well, and close on £8 worth has already been sold.
