Post Office Notices.
FOXTON OFFICE. NEW YEABSDAY. On Monday next, January Ist, the Post Office will ohgerve a close holiday. The Telegraph Office will be open to the public from 0 to 10 a.m. and 7 to 8 p.m. Outward mails close— For North, at 7 a.m."; for South at 8 p.m. Inward mails will be sorted in the prviate boxes as usual. MAILS CLOSE AS FOLLOWS :- For P almerston North, Feilding, Wanganui daily at 8.30 a.m. and Thursdays and Saturdays at 3.15 p.m. (additional). For Wellington and south daily at 8 p.m. and on Thursdays and Saturdays at 3.15 additional). For Oroua Downs daily at 8.30 a.m. P. CURTIS, Postmaster.
