It is veported that the Maharajah of Sikkim, a feudatory state in the Himalayas, who has been opposing the British advance, has fled and taken refuge in Tibetan territory. The Anti-Chinese Bill will not pass the United States Congress this session. News from the We3t Coast of Africa states that 12,000 Dahomeyan troops are within a mile of Kotouou, armed with rifles and machine guns. They also threaten Grand Oporto and Porto Novo. The French Government have decided to prosecute the Archbishop of Avignon and the Bishops of Montpelier, Niines, Valence and Viviers for referring to politics from pulpits.
