, — — - " ~ EESUSCITATIOI. pVERYONE who has been attacked with the prevailing epidemic of Influenza knows that it is very lowering to the system, ancl that a geaeral fefling of weakness permeates all through the body. Now it is highly neoessary that some Tonic medicine should be taken to bring the system up to its proper standard, because if not immediately attended to more serious complaints may develope and cause, a large amount cf unnecessary misery. His Excellency. Lord Onslow bas oommanioated the faot to Mother Mary Joseph Aubert that the Remedy "Karana," as prepared by herself, is, in his opinion, and from his own experience in taking same, a perfect tonic and very fortifying, and the publio may rest assured that the Governor of this l Colony would not give such testimony 1 unless he was well aware that it was correct, Those persons who aro troubled -with a cough as an after effect from Influenza are particularly requested to give " Marupa " a fair trial, and it will be found tbat benefit will result. It may be as well to mention here that these Eemedies are not cheap and nasty preparations, but are made up in such concentrated form that they may at first sight appear expensive, but this is not so, as, from the very many flattering testimonials which have been received, the proprietor is confident that value is being give a, and that only good results follow with those persons who have given the Eemedies a trial. No medioines previously introduced into New Zealand have reaohed a total sale of eighteen thousand bottles, in four months, and yet this has beea done by Mother Mary Joseph A.ubert. Kindly remember that " Karana " is invigorating to the system*, and that "Marnpa" will successfully combat with any oold, -cough of brpnchifll affection, HIS Excellency Lord Onslow speaks up for Mother Mary Joseph Aubert in a letter to '.Dr De La Bachoue : — [Copie] Wellington, 18th Septembre, 1891, Mon Cher Docteur,— Je vous dois de la reconnaissance pour les consultations que vous ' m ' avez donnees m' engageant ft essayer less remedes extraits des plantes de la N.Z. prepares par la B.
