" THE CHAIRMAN COUNCILLORS and INHABITANTS of the MANAWATU COUNTY," under tlie provisions of the above mentioned Act hereby pub icly notify tho following resolution, passed at a meeting of the Council ln-ld at Sandon, on Tuesday, the 9 h day of September, 1890— viz. : WHEREAS this Council lately caused a plan to be prepared shewing two roads within its jurifdiction fronting sections 818, 841, find 884, and running through section Number 884 in the Te Kawau Survey Distri t, with the view of sioppi-.g the said roads under the provisions of '• The Public Works Act Amendment Ac; 1889" with the consent of tho owners of the land through wh'ch the said roads run.
