Wellington, Thursday, 7 p.m. It has been definitely settled that the financial statement shall be delivered on Tuesday next, and the local government proposa s of tho Ministry will be announced the following day. During the month of June 98 births and 29 deaths were registered at Wellington, and 11 marriage certificates were granted. The ship Charles Worslcy has arrived at Port Chalmers from London, with small pox on board. Thi'ee per sons were attacked during the voyage, of whom one died and one is now suffering from the disease. The Hineuioa sailed for the South this afternoon, taking several members of Parliament to visit the Dunedin Industrial Exhibition. The s.s. Tui sails for Foxton and Taranaki tomorrow.
