Applications to purchase Crown lands for cash and on deferred payments will be received at the Land Office, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 27th April next. The land is situated in the Mangaone District, Forty-mile Bush, Fitzherbert, Carnarvon, Hutt, Horokiwi Valley, and Mauriceville. Also, At public auction; at the Land Office, Wellington, at 11 o'clock 11 a.m. on Wednesday, the 28th of April next, pastoral land at the upset price of 10s per acre, situated at Waitotara, Pahua, Awhea, Rangitumau, Waipoua, Taratahi, and Ho rokiwi Valley, and town and suburb an sections in Palmerston and Bunnythorpe. Applicants for deferred payment land will have to pay one twentieth, and applicants for cash or at auction one fourth of the purchase money ; the balance for cash purchases within one month, and deferred payments by half-yearly instalments, extending over ten years.
