The for mer were conveying arms and ammunition to Albania, and the Austrian Commander, upon receiving information of their j mission, seized the Italian vessels as smugglers. AVasiiington, March 20. The committee, which, was appointed by congress to enquiro into the question of Chinese Immigration, has issued its report.
