Below we publish for the information of settlers throughout the district, the amended schedule of rates levied at Foxton wharf, and which comes into operation on December 1. It is satisfactory to know that the persistent efforts made during the last eighteen mouths to have the goods classified and the rates reduced, has been at last successful.
