She left for Wellington at 0 p.m on Wednesday, having been detained by Ilia heavy westerly weather.
The ss Huia, C.iptain Wills, left Wangantii on Wednesday morning's tide, and arrived at Foxton at It) a.m. She left for Wellington at 6 p.m. game day. The schooner Jane Anderson, hay ng completed her cargo of sleepers, got aw ay from the whnrf on Wednesday evening in tow of the steamer Huia.
