FOXTON-SANSON RAILWAY.
_ ■ — ♦- Mr Henry Sanson, Revising Officer, held a Court for the revision of the voters 1 rol at the Tdxton Court house, on Tuesday laet, at 2 p. 1 i. There were only two or three persons present. ftlr Christopher Simpson attended, and stated that he had posted an objection to the roll. The Revising Officer replied that he had received no such objection. He believed v letter was lying at the Sanson Post Office, upon which there was 4d to pay. Probably that was Mr Simpson's letter. It had only a Id receipt stamp on it, instead of a 2d postage. Upon a previous occasion he had aid 3d fine upon an objection posted to him, but he declined to do so in this case Mr Simpson snid he supposed he had no appeal then. The stamp on his letter was one he obtained at th.3 Post Office. The Revising officer replied that not having received any objection from Mr Simpson, he could not hear it. Mr Simpson then withdrew. Mr M'Leunan objeetedon behalf the Hon. Robeit Campbell, as follows: —1. That fho name of owner should be entered as Hon. Robert Campbell, not Douglas & Co. 2. That sections ilii, 317, and 3lßjdo not belong to the Hon. U- Campbell, although so entered on the roll. 3. That sections 315, 311), 3J3.-9.nd 323, belonging to the Hon.
