The manner in which it is proposed to classify the lands included in the proposed railway district, is as follows: — • 1 . Lands receiving, or supposed to receive,' immediate and direct benefit from the construction of the said proposed railway,: All the lands within' the boundaries of the townships of Foxton and Sanson. 2.
