A REFRESHER.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE UaHfAWXTU HEUAJ.D. Sib,— Having seen in the report of the last meeting of . the -County Council that Mr Rookstrow stated ha he did not know who Bo we was, I beg to state for his information, that if he has forgotten mo, ipiv his; own reasons, I have not forgotten him, and can perhaps call to his recollec tion some facts that will enable him to remember who I am. Perhaps he will remember me about 7 years ago.at Westport, when he applied for th& appointment of physician to the Hibernian -JSloeiety, when his application was objected : to owing to his not having a' diploma, my partner, P.' Manghan, being one ; of the objectors. He also seems to have a very forgetful memory,* as I ' bought and paid for a section of 1 land in the Avenue from him about , fifteen months ago ; but from my per i sonal knowledge of Mr Rockstrow, I > am not at all astonished at his forgetfulness. I ao_; &c,. Thomas Bowe. Foxton, March 27, 1879. - .'■-.--■ M : .
