OTAKI. Tuesday, December 3. (Before R. Ward, Esq., R.M., aud W. 11. Simcox, Esq., J.P.) UNREGISTERED DOGS. J. Palmer and Alfred Knocks, for having unregistered dogs in their possession, wore each fiued 5s and 6s 6d costs. DUBIOUS BIDIHG. George Bell, for the above offence, was fined Is, and costs, 9s. BREACH OF THE PEACE. Alfred Knocks was charged upon the information of Henry Clark with committing a breach of the peace, and was fined 5s and costs, 19s. SUPPORTING HIB MOTHER. James Dodds was charged upon the information of William Dodds with a breach of the Destitute Persons Act, 1877, in neglecting to contribute to the support of hia mother,
Mary Dodds. He was ordered to contribute to hor support 7s por week, to be paid every four weeks, with costs, 9s. CIVIL CASES. W. Smith v. Hirawani Manihi — Claim £5 13a. Nonsuited with costs, los. A. Small v Perenara te TareClaim £4 5s lOd. Judgment by consent, with costs, 6s. S. Cook v. H. Webber— Claim £3 14s. Judgment by consent for £2 7s and costs, 6s. Manahi Paora v. Henry Clarke — Claim £11 10s. Judgment fox plaintiff for £4 5s and costs, 19s.
