Present — Messrs Flower (C'.i airman), Gray, Stewart, Whyto, Liddell,and Purcell. riie minu'es of the previous meeting woro read, and confirmed. COIIKESPOXDEXOE. The inward correspondence was read, including — Letter from Secretary to the Board, : stating that £800 had been put on ! next year's osthnates fur a teacher's residence at Foxton. From samo stating that the rent of the Public Hall for School purposes | would be paid by the Board, when j due ; but requesting the Committee I not to incur liabilities without consulting the Board From the Inspector, stating that .Miss M. Sodcolo had passed a3 a third yeav pupil teacher ; and that Miss A. E. Nash had passed as a first i year pupil teacher. I From the Secretary, asking liow and from whom the School site was acquired. ! SCHOOL BUILDIXG9 I It having been reported tliat no steps had been taken by the Board to get the sehoolbuildiugs enlarged and altered, the following resolution ; was passed : — That tho Committee rospoctfully urge tho Board tj como to some ! definite arrangemont with regard to the additions to the school, in order that they may bo carried out without any further delay, with a view to
