[reuter's special.] London, November 14. The ship Piako, bound from New Zealand, arrived at Pernambuco, with tho cargo on fire. The passen> gers were transferred to the Loch Doon, bound for Queenstown. In view of an Affghan war, there is an influential agitation to convene Parliament. November 15. The Marquis of Lome and Princess Louise have sailed for Canada. November 16. In consequence of the Affghan difficulty, a Committee is forming, Lawrence chairman, in favor of an immediate meeting of Parliament. Rome, 16th November. The Tiber overflowed ils banks, partially inundating Rome.
