Every lot submitted will be carefully valued prior to the sale, thus affording the owners the satisfaction of knowing that no lots will be sacrificed, but that full market rates will be obtained. The Company acting strictly as SELLING BROKERS ONLY is a further guarantee that ALL PEODUCE will realise its HIGHEST VALUE. The charges will be moderate. On wool offered for sale and withdrawn the nominal charge is Is per bale. On wool sold the following is the scale : — Receiving, weighing, warehousing, and store, 1 Bth of Id per lb. Repacking sample bales (whon required), 5s per bale. Insurance.— 2s 6d per cent on market value. This charge protects the goods from the time they enter the warehouse, and is made in all cases, unless specially instructed to the contrary. Advertising for sale and catalogue ing, 3d per bale. Commission: On sales over £soo, 11 per cent ; under that sum, 2£ per cent. Charges on Pkoduce. — On Sheep* skins and Hides, 2£ per cent, commission only. On Tallow, a receiving and delivering charge of 6d per cwt, in addition to commission of 2-J per cent, will be charged.
