Every lot submitted will be carefully valued prior to the sale, thus affording the owners the satisfaction of knowing that no lots will be sacrificed, but that full market rates will be obtained. The Company acting strictly as SELLING BROKERS ONLY is a further guarantee that ALL PKODUCE will realise its HIGHEST VALUE. The charges will bo moderate. On wool offered for sale and withdrawn the nominal charge is Is per bale. On wool sold the following is the scale : — Receiving, weighing, warehousing, and store, 1 Bth of Id per Ib. Repacking sample bales (when required), 5s per bale. Insurance.— -2s 6d per cent on market value. This charge protects the goods from the time they enter the warehouse, and is made in all cases, unless specially instructed to the con'rary. Advertising for sale and catalogue ing, 3d per bale. Commission : On soles over £500, 1£ per cont ; under that sum, 2 ■£• per cent. Charges ox Produce. — On Sheep* skins and Hides, 2£ per cent, commission only. On Tallow, a receiving and delivering charge of 6d per cwt, in addition to commission of 2J per cent, will be charged.
