LOCAL NEWS. The Spring has broken in all at! once. The peach trees are out in full blossom, and bear promise of being loaded with fruit, if the high winds keep off for another two weeks. We shall be glad to receive notes on gardening and farming matters from the settlers, believing an exchange of ideas and methods of procedure will be of advantage to all, and our columns will be always open for such purpose.
