DISTRIBUTION OF EXPENSES

[Press Asoociation.] (Router's Telegrams*.) LONDON, Sept. 5. The League of Nations announces that the committee connected with the Brussels Financial Conference will ■meet in. Paris on the 18th to examine the principles upon which the expenses of the League should be distributed among the members. The committee will include a representative fi'om India.

The League transit organisation •n ill meet at Barcelona in January to deal with questions affecting international travel, with a view to eliminating the present inconveniences, re-er-tablishing normal conditions, simplifying Customs formalities, and securing better regulations for obtaining passports and. "ises and a. reduction of fees' for them. Enemy countries are invited to send representatives on the special sub-committee.
