RUSSIAN ARMISTICE TERMS.
LONDON, Aug. 10. The Russian armistice terms demand a maximum Polish army of 15,000 and the demobilisation of the remainder within a, month. It is not required that arms shall be surrendered to Russia. No troops or war material shall bo imported and war industries shall be demobilised. The families of Polish war Victims shall receive free grants of land. la return Russia agrees to withdraw her troops to the frontier.
