The newspapers state that GerTi'any. addressed a third Note to the .Entente concerning the necessity of *c!ofendiug East Prussia.
The Note dec-lares: ''With the object of maintaining order a militia, ftrce sponaneously formed itself in the vicinity of the frontier. The Government has taken over the force, and is centralising its organisation."
. The Note the request for the sanction of the .despatch of troops to the frontier, in yiew of the departure of certain Allied contingents.
