The Daily Express states that tho Government is considering the establishment of a kingdom in Mesopotamia and the appointment of theEmir Feisul as king. The Dally News' says that tho 3V.0 casualties in Mesopotamia mentioned in yesterday's War Offica communique were inflicted on a. battalion of Maneliesters. Practically all arc dead, including the commanding colonel. A fresh division was .sent from India.
