GENEVA, Aug. 2. Mr Shaw, M.P., in his presidential .address at tho International Labor Congress, said .that- if the Russian Socialists believed the only method of achieving the common Socialist aim was'a violent revolution and class ■dictatorship they ivero free to adopt it, but if it were proposed to adopt that policy in Britain his voice* would bo raisod against it-.. The ■British delegation includes Messrs U-amsay Mac-Donald, Barry, and Gosling, and tho Germans include OHerr Schiedemann and "Herr Muller.
