WELLINGTON, Aug. 2. Archbishop O'Shea, replying to re-n-arks made in Parliament, denies that the Catholic Church teaches that all marriages contracted according to the law of the land are not valid marriages, or that it brands the children ot such marriages as illegitimate. *i '-It 1 1E!, fa 1 1?
