Germany has requested that the requisite' cargo space bo given for the transport of 100,000 milch cows, placed at the disposal of the German Red Cross by the Chicago Cattle Company to alleviate the distress among German children, and has declared that Germany is not in a position to find the'necessary cargo s-p-a.ee.
