BRITISH PROPOSALS AGREED TO.
Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 17, 1.10 a.m.) LONDON, July 16. It is reported from the Spa that the Bolsheviks have agreed to Mr Lloyd George's proposals, except that they suggest that the Peace Conference be held at Brest-Litovsk instead of London.
