LISTLESS GERMAN DELEGATES.
LONDON, July 13. The Daily Chronicle's correspondent says: "It is hardly possible to hope that the deadlock will he- solved by agreement. The German delegates are listless, like a bankrupt whose case cannot be made worse. Unless some unexpected interposition ocelli's the Allies will certainly be driven t6 take the coercive measures repeatedly foreshadowed.'' #
