Edward Lane, a railway employe©, was fatally injured, 'on. Saturday afternoon through being knocked down by an engine whilo on duty ait the Larnbton running yards. Afte receiving first aid he" was admitted to the hospital in a hopeless conditaon, his death taking place at midnight the same • day. Mrs Bourne, wife of Mr J. A.
