RAID UPON SPALATO PROJECTED.
BELGRADE,' Nov. 22: It is reported that D'Annunzio is preparing a raid .upon Spalato. It is stated that 15,000 troops and a naval detachment have arrived at Zara, their destination being Spalato. It is further stated that portion of this force will attack Montenegro.
