SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 14. A message from Seattle states that' die Department of Justice officials are working fast rounding up members of the I.W.W. into the .drag-net. . At Portland, Tocoma, and San Francisco, a large number were taken. They will be immediately deported wherever possible. American rettirned men made a ( formal demand, backed by many other societies, that immediate action should be taken to place all members of the I.W.W. in restraint. This was the result of the - discovery of a German propaganda branch of the I.W.W. in Portland.
