"MONEY MAD."
Mac Marsh ,is decorated . with expensive dresses and splendid jewels in the Goldwyn feature "Money Mad!," screening at His Majesty's to-night and Monday. It is not she, but her step-father, who is money mad, and with the assistance of a Hindoo servant, who exercises a malign mystic influence over him, he murders his wife to obtain her money. Mac grows to young womanhood and asks for the wonderful pearl necklace which her mother had bequeathed her. Her . step-father hands h|er what purports to be the jewel, and she discovers it to be a fraud. The manner in which she and ( her lover trap the swindlers and also' unearth the secret of her mother's death is described as very unique. The picture ends in a satisfactory manner. The supports include* comic and educational films, and His Majesty's Orchestra, will supply the -music. There will be a grand matinee on Monday, with a complete change of programme.
