Ormer Looklear, a United States army lieutenant, who has given exhibitions of air stunts, changing from one airplane to another while flying, has publicly offered to attempt the trans-Atlantic flight from Newfoundland to England. ,He has asked the American Aero Club to supply him with a suitable aeroplane.
