President Wilson, addressing a gathering at Suresnes, paid homage to .the American dead). Ho said that six thousand were buried at Suresnes. He referred to the League of Nations as a legacy of the fallen •to their 'sons. He fearlessly denounced th© old diplomatic bargaanmir, which was at the root of the w#" ; and declared that if the present ■ was' not- final for the right there must be another which would be final. .
