AMSTERDAM, April 28. Mr T. J. Ryan, the Queensland Premier, attended the International Socialist Conference here. German, Austrian, and Munguri a a delegates were present, including Hcrr Haaso and Madame Kaut&kyr
A resohition was adopted in favor of the fusion of Germany and Austria, accompanied by measures of self-determination.
The Conference protested against the- invasion of Hungary, and denied the Allies' right to meddle in Hungarian internal affairs. It also demanded the creation of independent States in Finland, Georgia, and Esthonia.
