CLEARING SALE AT FLAXBOURNE.

On Monday nest, by instructions from the Public Trustee, the N..Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. will sell on the farm recently occupied by tho late Mr Dundon tho whole of the live stock, implements, furniture, etc. in the deceased gentleman's estate. The extensive catalogue appears to-day in the auctioneers' announcements on page 8, and, as the property has been sold with immediate possession, everything must be disposed of at Monday's auction. For full particulars, those who azo interested are invited to turn to the advertised catalogue. The sale ■vill commence promptly at 12.30 p.m.
