BRUTALITIES AGAINST ENGLISH PRISONERS.
(United Swiwe.) LONDON, Nov. 19. Returned war prisoners state that brutalities against the English increased everywhere in the German camps three months before the armistice. Yorkshire soldiers say that they left 2500 out of 400© interned at Cologne too ill to move, ma'rily the result of starvation, exposure, and punishment.
