All available assistance is being made use of, and in this, connection :t number of fourth-year students irum the Medical School at Dunedin arcgiving considerable help to tho Department. Up to the present six fourth-year men have been despatched to tho Auckland district, two to Wellington, and six are oeing employed ot Dunedin. *There are 14 still available, and tho Minister has ordered five of these to go to Christchurch for use, if necessary, m the city and on the West Coast me other lime are to report at Wellington, whence they will bo distributed to the most necessitous districts m the North Island.
