The following sentences were passed:— John Hunt, breaking and entering, one month's imprisoment; Montague Hyates, forgery, three'years'-reforma-tive treatment; Patrick Brick,, false .declaration under th-9 Piost and. Telegraph Act, was ordered to come up for sentence when called on, and to pay the costs of the prosecution; James Alfred Stanley Fuller pleaded guilty tc indecent exposure, and was admitted to probation for twelve snonths.
