It is practically certain that an arrangement will be entered into by which the Government will bring in a Bill preventing the conscription of the clergy of all denominations, placing Marist Brothers on the same footing as teachers of State schools. The Bill will be submitted in!duo course. This airangemont hlis been entered into us the result of :i conference of chairmen of the Military Appeal Boards.

A Bill will be introduced by the Government providing for full electoral rights for soldiers serving at the front; also those who will enrol themselvos in the ordinary way.
